Setting it straight, it works.

I have heard various feedback and decided to record it to settle the matter. As far as the 30% chance, when timed right and within range it hasn’t failed me.

Yea this was shown in beta I think it was….

Only reason I’ve not used it was the long timer it has…

It lasts a minute with a 480/sec heal and can rez/condition clear up to 2 times in that minute so longer duration on it

I don’t think I’ve ever actually seen it last a minute in PvP…

Most of the time its dead within the first 15 seconds I’ve casted it.

Its good to cast when you’re getting low for the Instant Rez, but I don’t expect it to stick around.

If it had a 120 second or 180 second Recast timer, I’d probably use it just to res.

been running a full spirit build of late. in hotfixes nobody is smart enough to kill it, it usually lasts the full duration unless it’s smashed to bits with AOE. Usually I avoid using it around an engi, necro wells and mesmer staff aoe. In Tpvp is mixed results, I think alot of people are like wtf is this and ignore it, because who the hell takes a spirit ranger srsly lol. More often times than not I get good use out of it, although I find the res is quite slow and its hard to position the thing close enough someone downed (and in time), if it has already been up for some time. I have just been using it as a passive heal. Troll unguent also heals the spirits along with yourself and the pet so it at least gets a little help there. Ive only once actually resed myself with it, the timing has to be pretty spot on. The other issue being that, when ur going down fast and u know you need that res, if someone’s aoeing you down, that spirit will be dead before it gets the res off anyway.

The 10s internal cooldown remains though. They haven’t said anything about that. I wold be more happy about no cooldown and 30% traitable proc chance.

Spirits need to be made like banners – constant effect, and invulnerable.

It’s still a nifty CD

I only posted the Vid because there was conflicting information regarding if it worked in WvW or not…..both those clips were in the last two days..

Yea its a good CD, I mean if you’re power bunker, a case can be made for running it for sure over Rampage as one.

I’d have a hard time giving up Entangle though cause I use it to kill greater numbers

I win a number of tough 1v1s or 1v2s in competitive matches because of that elite.

With no bump to internal CD the upped proc chance from that trait to ‘help balance spirits’ does quite literally nothing.
No one will take it still.
