Why isn’t the passive regen working when I use this trait? Intended or bug?

Intended.

It simply has the same effect as the active of Signet of the Wild. Taking the trait isn’t the same as slotting the utility skill.

Even though the tooltip when you hover over the trait says that it offers regen? Either way, thanks for the quick reply.
