Small team group support build needed.
Looking to do something with Spirits with Nature’s Voice I think.

Thoughts on gear sets and specs?

If you are going for full support Nature´s Voice and Spotter are the most important ones.
I would go for cleric or apothecary gear and 2x Traveler, 2x Monk, 2x Water runes for a total of +75% boon duration. This means PERMA Regen and Swiftness for your party.

I don´t really like Spirits so i would go for Guard, SoW and Muddyterrain or smth.

/e: and go for sigil of battle… you can keep 12 Might stacks.

made a litte adjustment

ranger dont have real party support. regen and swiftness are the 2 most common and weaker buff. if u want to play in small groups play a bm condi bunker or spirit ranger

You should check out this guys post, I think he has a nice build that will do some damage and support the group.
