First of all, I’m new to Ranger :\
Most of the time I spend in Zerg fights as Guardian which have universal build. Good chances at 1×1 and nice survivability in large scale fights…so my Ranger need universal build as well…
I prefer lb, love the skills, distance and how it works in Zerg fights…but I also like the idea of trapper build with stealth from Trapper Runes, much more fun…

So, what I’m looking for is a viable, proven by time build with LB and Trapper Runes for both Zerg fights and 1×1+ with minimal gear\traits swaping if possible. As far as I know Trapper Runes works wonders with Condi build but have no use for LB and it’s not that great in a large scale fights ;(

LB is great with trapper runes. In zerg you wont benefit from it as much compared to duling and small scale roaming.

Basically you stick a sigil of earth and blight/torment on the longbow to get it to apply condis when you crit, you also need fairly high critchance from precision to get them to proc, and some condi damage on your gear and from the wilderness survival traitline to give them some punch.

Taking torch on the alternate weapon set will also give you an additional fire field your arrows can combo through to inflict burning.

Someone else could probably improve upon this, but it gives you significant condi damage as well as packing a bit of a punch from power
