Guild Wars 2

So I am a Ranger that uses Shortbow/Longbow. My traits are 20/30/20/0/0

My question relates to gear, specifically Dungeon gear (Exotics)

I can’t choose which set to get. First and foremost, I have The Whispers “Rare” set which gives me Precision/Toughness/Condition Damage.

The sets Exotic sets I have seen are the following:

Precision/Toughness/Condition Damage (the set I am leaning towards most since its just an improvement on what I already have)

Power/Vitality/Condition Damage (each piece has less Condition than each of my currently Equipped Rare pieces from the Whisper set)

So yea, basically my question is, which set would be better? Would Power suite me better than precision? Would the loss in Condition Damage be too much of a drop?

(This is initially assuming no upgrade slots are used)
