I was initially not all that impressed by the changes to Needle trap when first announced but having tried it out the skill becomes suprisingly effective in a p/d build.

If one likes “uncatchable” or “caltrops” in a build this can be an excellent alternative. It gives poison , long lasting bleeds AND an immobolize and is harder to avoid then caltrops.
