Or why not make the ranger the only class that can track stealthed players?

It does make logical sense but it would probably be too powerful, one thing though I really think stealthed players should make a specific sound when moving close to you atleast if they move in front of your character or similar like in many other games.
I do like the idea of having a trait that allows pets to stick onto stealthed players. Would definitely fit the mold of the hunter working with his pet to track his/her prey.

Daoc had that exact skill for a archer class. It sucked in that game, but it coulda been cool.

To be honest I’m pretty happy with the improvements our pets got, I don’t think we need more tools to beat thieves.
And with the spread of S/D, I see thieves using their blinks more instead of stealth.
In wich scenario you think it would be balanced? Cus I can only think about P/D builds, but not many thieves keep playing it.
