I recently started a ranger for my next alt and went through the forum looking for advice but I noticed a lot of hate from people who have played this class for awhile and are quitting bc “Thief SB is easier. gg” I was just wondering the pros and cons of both. Thanks in advance!
Thief is currently in need of a nerf as they are able to burst down even tanky specs and are extremely good at escaping. These two issues warrant a nerf.
Ranger is almost there, but our pets, the best and worst aspect of us, still suffer from their bad AI. Our trait trees and utilities are still a bit of a mess too. Just take a look around at some of the posts with actual information as opposed to the ones just with complaints.
