As a proponent of the SoTW staying unblockable, that it was changed… doesn’t really bother me that much. It stinks, sure, but like… meh. I still have RaO.

It wasn’t an end all be all issue for me. No salt for you. Shoo.

I think it should have stayed unblockable, “Wild” skills were often unblockable in gw1 https://wiki.guildwars.com/wiki/List_of_unblockable_skills

It was not OP, easily LOS’d, gave druid a better match up against DH/War/Mes/Thief (to some extent), and had the dual purpose of safe stomp/res. Versatility shouldn’t be removed, it should be added.

All that change did was relegate the skill to meme builds, and further pigeon hole the meta viable skills. Poor change overall.

Your pets are affected too, there are some pets that deal 6k damage on two skills even if you get LOS’d you could use your pet and longbow #5. Also when you have traited SOTW, you automatically use the skill at 50% hp or something like that I forgot.

1 usefull build? What are you smoking. You can literally play any druid build effectively the only one that is weak ATM is condi druid, but for pvp and wvw there isn’t a trait line that I can’t or don’t use.

Also all of our weapons are used I can’t think of a useless ranger weapon they all have a place depending on what you want to do

I don’t get how people didn’t think it was OP. But on the other hand, people don’t surprise me on this subforum anymore, the average skill level obviously isn’t that high.

Anet has no idea that ‘unblockable’ hasn’t worked since its inception on some people and on some NPCs.

WvW is the same: Tank shouts with survival or Tank survival with shouts.

Totally called that they would “fix” SotW before fixing hilt bash. GG anet.
