Just popped over to the Engi forum and saw

Hey all,

Since the Scrapper reveal I’ve been up to my eyeballs in Druid development.

In my off-work hours I’ve been watching the forums and wanted to reply to some of your concerns and discuss some design intent.

On the plus side – it’s forum engagement, so kudos to Irenio for that (hope we get the same!)

On the negative side – it suggests Druid is still in a state of rushed development.

Though that negative side may actually prove useful to us; considering Druid will undoubtedly be straight-out-of-the-oven soft by the time we come to BWE test it, perhaps the Anet team will be more receptive than ever to feedback and improvement suggestions?

Hurray! We are still last in line and last to be thought of…. =.= either Anet has been secretly working on druid for the entire time… Or all us rangers are masochists and somehow enjoy the constant let down/torture of this whole ordeal

Eh, all of the elite specs are still under development, some more than others. I wouldn’t read too much into that.

When I’ve read this first I’ve thought :
“Does he mean that he is starting to do the Druid spec just now? That’s a bit late man…”

Seriously, at this point they should have all elite spec well rounded and almost ready to go. I really hope it’s not something they came up with during the week.

This week, doubtful. Something happened to us for us to miss the original time slot, so something wasn’t working, be it broken or they just didn’t like it, or it was too hard even. Regardless here we are, hoping it’s at least working to the point where we actually see something.

I think the point is more of the fact that Irenio must deal with both Ranger and Engi at the same time. With so little time left before launch and with Engi and Ranger both making their beta debut at the same time, it doesn’t bode well and I feel bad for this poor man’s health and the stress he probably has rn.
