for PVE and fractals, should i take as secondary to longbow a greatsword or a sword/axe/warhorn
i got full zerk stats so im wondering what’s better because it seems greatsword gives me more precision and ferocity and yet the other set of sword/axe gives more power.

S/A and keep a GS in your inventory for the occasional fight (too hard with sword, need longer range, etc.) or skip.

Sword/Axe will be the better dps, but it’s hard to play because of the animation of the sword auto-attack. You can’t dodge, you need to use skill 2 and 3 of the sword to evade.

Sword/Dagger will be a small lost of dps, but it give you an additional evade.

Greastsword is less dmg, but far easier to use than sword.

Really yellow lol. As long as you use it at the beginning of a fight, but keep Sword after the initial burst, i’m good with whatever title you want to name which weapon

swap your zerk boots/shoulders and gloves for Valk for a power boost you’ll loose like 4% crit hit for a extra 80power thanks to the vit, it balances to higher crit damage total.

while hitting so fast 4% is nothing since LB is both channeled attacks and barrage keeps on hitting after the cast is finished so barrage+sword stacks in damage = 4% is nothing to worry about so get that 80power and improve your end damage.

while people were doing the king of the hill ranger leagues a lot of people learned that full glass for rangers isn’t worth the extra % due to spotter.

LB>RF(close in) PBs (into corner if needed) > barrage > swap > Axe 4 > sword autos > WD when timed. use Predators onslaught.

6,4,0,4 why boon shared to pet, pet won’t die in a dungeon with this , you can then add spirit to strenght + vigorous spirits for (10% boost)
a buffed pet is more % damage than having 5% on flanking since most bosses are frontal facing in a corner , and predators onslaught gives the pet 5% as well so that makes up for the flanking attacks.

and on some dungeons like Arah just change traits to 6,5,0,3,0 due to open areas and pet paths you’ll be better off with flanking, for other dungeons 6,4,0,4,0 is just as good with more power converted from spirit to strenght due to those extra 2-3 valk pices doing this version you’ll have 8% less crit hits but the pet gains 20% crit hits (since the 5 target limit mostly does not effect the pet while in a dungeon, the shared boons helps a lot)

two handed weapons compaired to a main hand and off-hand.
gs = slightly more controlable movements and 111spamming bit lower damage higher spike.
sword=faster dps , lower mobility control but greater mobility , higher overall damage combined with path of scars but suffers rooting, needs some Non-autos attack experience to Utilize its full potentional.
