Path of scars + moment of clarity = awesome
It triggers moment of Clarity because of the pull? That counts as an interrupt?
Yep, pulls will interrupt! so as long as they are casting something when the first hit on the way back connects they will be interrupted. Then if it hits one more time (2nd return hit) that hit will be boosted by 50%. You can one shot normal mobs this way. Also I find it more reliable to get all three hits if you are near maximum range.

Yeh MoC S/A and Gs is sweet, just remember to take boar pet.
Pretty sure MoC has a 5sec internal cd though.

No, the trait doesn’t affect your pets interrupts in ANY way, the only reason it works with Boars F2 is because all pigs F2 spawns 1 of 3 environmental weapons (varies on which pig), all the boars weapons apply a CC that benefits from MoC, and since you are picking up the weapon and using the skill it gives you the bonus.

It certainly takes some skill to use on moving targets (you’d have to untarget and manually predict where the enemy will go). But yeah hands down, it certainly goes toe to toe with Maul’s burst potential. Greatsword + Sword/Axe is the most fun build to run.

No, the Warthog only has Scale, Venom Sack, Gunk
The Boar only has Rock, Bone, Skull
The pig only has Seed, Egg, Rum
And Siamoth only has feathers, fur (same as feathers), and Ectoplasm.
The wiki is highly inaccurate with environmental weapons, for example: it states that throw rock is a knockdown which is wrong, that’s Throw Boulders effect, throw rock is a very very very rare “natural” environmental item which is a very fast projectile and a daze instead of a slow moving lob that KD and is literally everywhere.

When the axe go, it hits once.
When the axe come it hits twice, 1st hit push the target to you and interrupt the target, 2nd end happening because the target got closer to you faster than the axe and it hits again, but all that happens very quickly.
(and the other 8 elite specs maxed too)
Just wanted to post that there is chance for this combo to do some crazy burst damage. Path of scars hits once on the way out but as many people know it can hit the same mob twice on the way back. So PoS can potentially hit three times in one cast. Not only that but if it hits twice on the return it can both trigger and execute moment of clarity. With a glass zerker build and buffs this can crit for 5k, 5k, and then 7k on the final hit if moment of clarity goes off. 17k damage from one attack isn’t too shabby. Of course a few variables are involved (mob position, ect) but play around with it. It’s awesome!
SoH and get a MoC hit outgoing and incoming. It appears to be our third hardest hitting Moc attack outgoing from limited testing I did and did seem to apply coming back but maybe I was observing this effect instead. More testing. I was simply thinking the MoC applied the full attack.
Just wish axe 5 left you mobile for batting practice.

Yea its a drag to go dig that stuff up in the middle of combat, when your target will inevitably use a stun break for your efforts.
I do use a siamoth but more because its got good vitality to soak up conditions ala empathic bond, does the odd nice knock down, and being able to pre-stealth is handy at times.

They do awful damage, they have an awful knockdown that’s incredibly short range and has a long cast time so you’ll only land it on people are bloody afk.

Its 300 range, and has almost a 3 second cast time
Meaning….The person has to remain within 300 range of the Pig for at least 3 seconds for it to actually hit someone.
and its completely random when he’s going to do it, since we can’t control that.
Its pretty much the definition of suck

Try to make sure the enemy is near the apex of the attack range, I think that makes it easier.
I haven’t really toyed around with offhand axe too much, but I’m sure that’s the trick to it.
