Pet Boon Build
Your +boon duration does not effect your pet.
The only way to increase pet boon duration is Concentration Training.
That trait requires your pet to be in combat, so it means that you have to order your pet to get in combat with something and then call it back or get closer to it to get the boons. Using a melee weapon sure helps a lot. I’ve played almost the same build (the first one) for a bit, it looks great on paper but Concentration Training rarely works.
The 3 seconds cast on the cat’s F2 is kittenedly long, but I am hopeful they will change this with the patch tmrw.
The patch tomorrow might change a lot, but currently my tip is to drop everything from Wilderness survival or leave only 5 or 10 points. Getting 20 in Marksmanship is a good investment because there are a lot of godly traits that you can pick at 20. Spotter is great for your party and works on your pet as well, Eagle Eye is situational but useful, Piercing Arrows is good for WvW zerging and bosses with multiple “hit boxes” like Tequatl.
Getting Companion’s Might in Skirmishing could be a better investment for pet dps.
This is what I use atm [taits] :

more deadly than any that walks this earth. Put aside the Ranger.
Become who you were born to be. I give hope to men. I keep none for myself.

Pet boon oriented? First I heard. Are you going looking for style to buff your pet with boon?
If you are then you may not want to look at ranger rune. You can go for 2 rune of water, monk and travel. This will give you a bonus of 45% boon duration. And you may want to look at “Guard” since it will grant your pet additional protect. Also with fortifying bond, whatever that applies to you applies to your pet. So if you gain 5 might, your pet gain 10. You gain protection for 2 sec, your pet gain 4 and so on. So you can actually get perma fury on your pet with warhorn.
