Pet F2 traits Working??
1st – Ice runes are applied to your own chill. Not the one of the pets. Same goes for might. Jungle stalker wont give you longer might duration if you have strenght rune.
2nd – All those f2 skill only affect when IN COMBAT.
3rd – Chill alpine wolf is base 2 sec. Add +50% of malicious training it becomes 3 sec.
I think thats it… I swear it would be better if pets would be considered part of the ranger for the runes…
No Base pet Chill for the Wolf Chilling Howl is 3s
Malicious Training is bugged and has been reported. It’s been ignored for months so it’s doubtful to get a fix anytime soon. Also, sigils and trait stat bonuses only effect the ranger.
If you’re using a build editor it shows that they effect F2 but it’s wrong.
May of the pet related traits only work (if they work at all) once the ranger (possible the pet as well) when in combat.
As for runes/sigil not working with pet I am guessing it is a necessary evil could you imagine if minion/turrent (spirit weapon too, but I hardly ever see them) got advatages of those.
It does kind of blow that the class feature of the ranger is so static in nature compared to those of other profession (in the nature that they character’s stat do have effect on them).
