That’s… actually pretty darn handy. +40 to all attributes is a nice buff.

… Wonder if it works on Necro minions too…

Unfortunately it doesn’t add those xp, mf and karma buffs to your character.

Who knows maybe the pets have their own secret wallet stashed up with all that karma and gold. :P

Pets should really get the same buffs as the ranger when we use food, either that or put a pair of inventory slots in the pet selection screen that we can place food/utility consumables into, that the pet uses on recharge outside town.

It is from the 2nd year birthday gift.
Your toon must be at least 2 years old to get it.

I’m gonna guess that swapping pets makes the buff disappear?

Swapping pets would make the buff disappear, yes – so it’s mainly useful for a Masters Bond build.

This reminds me of the GW1 days, when it was known that additional party members meant less chances for personal loot rolls. We used to joke that the Heroes and henchies probably had massive stockpiles of Ectos, Obsidian and black dyes (think the GW1 equivalent of Abyss dyes) in their inventories.
