What pet’s best for leveling? I’m 32 now and i’m using Lynx and damge feels great and bear in second slot if i need tank.

I like the Lakittenail Devourer. Decent ranged damage (rarely aggros extra mobs, unlike melee pets), applies a poison sometimes (good for my conditions ranger), can apply 7 bleeds on demand, and is pretty tanky due to the high Toughness. My backup on land is usually a Polar Bear (tanky) or Ice Drake (for the chill).

best soloing lvling/exploring pet IMO is krytan drakehound, Or wolf (but i think drakehound looks cooler =P ) .

problem with cats is they do great dmg, but get crushed pretty quick if you ask them to take much dmg for you. bears opposite problem, they take alot of dmg but cant put out a whole lot.

Dogs are right there in the middle, they do pretty respectable dmg, and can tank pretty well to. Also their reg attack apply cripples and knocks down enemys. wich is super helpful in PVE and PVP.

Well on 25-38 levels cat live enough for me. Problem only if 5-6 enemies attack me. Now cat do more damage then me (especially with 25 stack of trait skills).

Doing any challenging even or taking on more than one or two additional enemies, I can’t keep anything other than a bear alive. They are just too good to give up. The Brown bear also offers condition removal, which frees up an additional utiilty slot.
