Pet passive mode
Thank you all for being patient with this. Something we introduced on 3/16 broke passive mode. We believe we now have a fix for this and it is in testing. As soon as we confirm this fix has solved this issue we will push it to the live game at the first possible time.
Thanks,
Jon
Hi Jon, Any news about this bug?
Personally i don’t find it much anoying but that’s because i play mostly PvE and there it doesn’t matter what your pet does. But i have to agree that in WvW and PvP really break the class. So, could you share if it’s going to be patched soon?
I explained to you all several times the various factors that could make this take a while. If you’re not a programmer, you have no clue and are acting as anduriell described.
If you are a programmer, you have a bit more of a clue and should be ashamed if you’re still acting like the others as you should know better.
No amount of time gives anyone the right to treat others like dirt.
No mistake allows you to treat others like dirt.
Heck, he is the design lead … not the actual programmer in charge of it. You have zero right to treat him and ANet like that.
If you want a more open dialog with ANet and the awesome benefits that come from a good Dev+Community relationship, then you all do need to stop acting so darn poorly.
It’s sad. It’s pathetic. It’s needless. It doesn’t speed up the bug fix. It only does harm. It’s simply stupid behavior.
Are there bugs? Yes.
Has it been about a month? Yes.
Does this give you the right to act stupidly? No.
Try your best to not make mistakes, but, when you do make mistakes, learn from them.
Better yourself.
