Guys, could you please tell me, it is possible to not call the pet automatically when combat start?
In all games I play as hunter, and always I like to play without pet. It is possible here?

are you asking if there’s a way to make your pet not attack when you start combat?

if so, just set it to passive. there’s no way to permanently stow your pet however, and anet has said they do not want to add that feature as it is the profession’s mechanic.

though I might add not utilizing your pet will be severely gimping yourself. even without the damage, 2 canines have 4 different cc utilities, which is invaluable (at least in pvp)

There is no hunter class in this game so you cant play one
