I’m using 20% reduction on Shouts so that I can use “Sick’ em” (32s) with my Jaguar Stealth (30s) but I noticed that Stealth wasn’t up when Sick’em was. I checked the tooltip of Stealth and nothing was changed (still showing 30s) but the recharge time is arround 50s now.
Same for Lynx/Snow Leopard, the recharge rate of Rending/Ice Pounce is still showing 30s when it is arround 60s in reality.
Anyone encountered a similar problem?
Edit: now it seems to work fine on Stealth, I don’t understand anymore…
