That was very entertaining. A lot of those duels were pretty darn close, too, so it wasn’t a boring one sided stomp over and over again.

Would’ve been better if they included a few of their losses though.

Nice, I like the editing but the gameplay… oh bot the gameplay, it’s so terrible.

Using dodge to make a gap, spamming skills just because they are available. Using stun-breakers without actually breaking stun. Using S#2 with full endurance. I can go on with more….

Oh, and only victories, no defeats which make me wonder if it’s just a troll video with a zerkbow against bad players.

… and sitting in an Ele immobilize Dragon’s Tooth/Phoenix combo with Lightning Reflexes utility still up makes me sad

editing was… pretty basic.
The damage done was nothing to brag about
The gameplay featured semi conscious enemies (atleast a few knew how to LoS and that made the ranger struggle A LOT)
The ranger repeatedly attacked enemies with reflects
The ranger wasted his dodges multiple times
The ranger did not even bother to use the pet
The pet choice(s) were terrible

All in all – woulda been cooler to see a hacker bot solo lupi then this.

While I personally agree with you, some of the better rangers do like siamoth. Flopy the Rabbit might be the best 1v5 or whatever longbow ranger I’ve ever seen, and he swears by the thing.

That being said, Flopy takes his on purpose, and I feel like the guy in the video took it because he didn’t know what the pets do.

Only thing I dislike about Flopy is that he is just like any other bearbow ranger when it comes to knocking things away from melee. Every single time.

except when that siamoth hits its target!!

yes but he does it for a reason mostly to stop the healing skills, even if he let the target stay in melee range , even i wouldn’t risk letting them Recover+healing (if the melee type fails to finish him off)

the interupt kb is simply a means for a good ranger to Make sure the Fight Is ended There and then , rather than risking Drawing out the fight.

honestly he only uses the bear for the condi clear then swap to the faithful samioth, his nothing like a Bear bow , its Pig Bow.

Double doge bow is better! Dat stun lock is real.

You don’t understand, I’m not critizing him for his play style and dissing him for the sake of dissing. What he does is awesome in these 1vsX clips of course and his build works for him, don’t get me wrong. I’m in the same server with him so I occasionally get into the same fights so I can see what my target is doing at the time, most of the time nothing else but getting knocked away from me while I’m trying to land my maul. In the camps/sentries with no enemies around he always pushes the mobs away for no reason. Not sure if he is doing it on purpose just for the luls and giggles as I always nag about it when he does it (Actually I nag about that every time I see any ranger doing it as it really is incredibly irritating. So far I haven’t managed to educate any of these rangers /shakes fist). It also could be that the inner bearbow breaks free when he is not concentrating hard enough. Happens to everyone I guess.
