We all know that in general pve, and even spvp, shouts are near worthless. And i dont wanna go into the split between useless pets and wha not. But what if the ranger had a class mechanic change to something else (idk wat), and shouts would be changed to summon " pets ", much like a guardians spirit weapons.

I don’t think pets or shouts are worthless at all. I think they are great. Situational, but great.

Change the class mechanic to something else? Sounds like you need to reroll if you don’t like your pet. Its not going anywhere. We are the pet class. Love it or leave it.

However, I would like a swarm of little buddies to zerg people with.

you’re having problems with the worst/most broken class in the game when playing against the best or 2nd best (after mesmer) class in a 1v1? Why im not surprised? S.O.S is all i can say about rangers.
