Your stats don’t have any effects on pets. Only way to increase pet stats is to trait into Beastmastery. Every point in it increases pets stats by 10 (base stats). You can increase stats like crit dmg through traits from other trait trees than BM (crit dmg from Skirmishing, for example).

Most of your stats don’t affect your pet at all, though a few help the pet indirectly and can help it do more damage by keeping it alive longer, extending boons, and slowing down targets.
Healing Power – Increases heals/regens you apply to your pet.
Boon Duration – Increases boons you apply to your pet.
Condition Duration – Increases duration of cripples/chill/immobilize which help your pet hit a moving target.
Precision – Can be used to proc on-crit effects such a Might. The trait grants a really short Might, the sigil grants a longer Might which can be copied to the pet with Fortifying Bond.
