Watched the video and I must say, I want to give it a try! Looks like a lot of fun!
Also, loved the music with the gameplay! What are those songs? I need them!

You should use bountiful hunter > instinctful reaction. You and your pet get a straight damage bonus. With regen and swiftness it is 2% more for each of you, then when you use your elite it is 5% for both of you so that is essentially 10% damage increase across the board. You then get might from the elite so it is actually 6% damage increase for both of you. Second of all you should usually be above 50% health and when you hit 50% health you probably want to be in your defensive sets and I don’t think you want to be shortening the time of your s/d dodges with that quickness. This is my preference because I prefer the guaranteed damage bonus over a trait that has some randomness in it. A similar thing goes for evasive purity, you have enough condi clear with celestial form alone to deal with condition classes, you also have soldier runes so you are getting a little bit more condi clear. You don’t really need the evasive purity cleanse (especially with it on a 10s cd). Sure, blinds are annoying as a lb ranger, but thieves aren’t in this meta. You really shouldn’t be blinded a whole lot, + you have protect me to deal with thieves anyway. Therefore you could be taking vigorous training, AoE vigor to yourself and your teammates, basically you get permanent vigor between that and your heal which means more dodges, which means less time you have those conditions on you anyway + you can dodge power damage, evasive purity doesn’t help with that. On top of that, you get another boon so bountiful hunter, with your elite increases your dps by 7% and your pets damage by 7%.
Also slow doesn’t slow movement just skill action by 50%.
Am I good?… I’m good.
Some feedback from a fellow legend ranger:
I was running a similiar build, only Marauder though and I think not running staff is a mistake. Why not get that free ranged pressure in when they have reflects up? Why not have a significantly easier time vs evade/aegis spamming classes that LB just has trouble to hit with auto. There are many situations where staff applies more damage pressure more reliably than LB. Staff also has an evade and can bring huge distance between you and the enemy. Those small healticks it gives will help with AF generation basically giving you an additional utility slot since you don’ need Signet of the Wild.
On Longbow I would use Sigil of Force over Accuracy in your case since with your stats this will result in more damage.
Also air and blood are universally the dps sigils.
Am I good?… I’m good.
He says in the vid why he does not run these. Because they reveal him if the proc on Hunter’s Shot. This is why I think Force would be the best choice for him.
And to clarify my other post. I would actually run LB + Staff, not Staff + S/D.

youre very right about the bountiful hunter trait, but i still think evasive purity is better tbh. and yea ik, i didnt mean movement speed lol
No thanks. All over the place.

I’m happy to see that people are making ranger videos. Personally, I’d rather have the classic menders staff druid rather than a berserker ranger. There are too many reflects being thrown around between focus eles, scrappers, and more… so the main source of your damage is taken out of account during those (long) period of times.
You will get caught easily without lightning reflexes as a zerker druid in team fights. You don’t have enough condition clear to survive immobilization + condi bursts.
However, if you are up for a 1v1 in game (zerker vs zerker), hmu. You are NA correct?

Yea like i said this build isnt too effective in team fights where there might be 2 bunkers at the same time however its good at 2v2 or 3v3 as long as youre not fighting 2 engis or 1 engi and ele at the same point lol. focusing down the revs, necros thieves etc etc. is easy enough.
And no sorry i play on EU
Also after having fought some of the better players i obviously had to switch to marauder instead. But zerk works fine if youre good at killing nubs until you reach legendary.
I tested the air sigil with hunters shot. the air proc doesnt reveal you or fail to put you in stealth the way lb5 would. I havent tested fire yet but when i run air/blood i havent had issues.
I also prefer staff over sw/d. The build is a bit squishy so i prefer range. staff is great at kiting engis and necros in shroud. the movement skill is instant and targetable unlike gs3 or sw2. that can be handy. since arrows dont pierce, staff is great for bigger group fights in smaller areas where your arrows might get blocked by minions.
I also prefer snr with protect me, dropping the glyph. i usually dont need a 3rd stunbreak and although aoe daze isnt bad, snr is just amazing, especially as a non-bunker generally a bit away from the action. you will always pull teammates to safety.
My build is similar but I don’t run glyphs anymore… Only thing I’d change is glyph to another shout, NM to MM for more stab and MoC, and sw/d to GS… I just like the stability too much from MM, I’m more comfortable with GS, and I don’t really care for the glyphs anymore after shout buffs…
But that is all personal stuff and if it works for you keep at it… +1
