I got my 1000 Achievement chest about 3 days ago. I choose a weapon skin. How long I have to wait for my next chest that I can choose another skin?

IIRC 2,000

When you open the achievements menu, in the top you’ll see some chests with numbers under them, those are the required Achievement Points for the chests and if you hover the mouse over them you’ll see the rewards too.

You may have to wait a while, it takes some time to burn through that many achievement points
