Quickness doesn't affect Crossfire correctly?
Yeah, whoever programmed the increased “animation time fix” just got lazy or had a moment of incompetence. It happens. But they should be acknowledging it and fixing it. But…that’s mean they knew how to handle the PR issues involved in running a MMO… but it’s starting to look like they have a serious disconnect to the player base.
Wherever they are getting thier information is really… really bad.

With no response on QZ as of yet, the “other” threads are clearly not being read by the powers that be. It was blatantly ignored in the “7 % reply”.
This thread has the problem in the title. That’s why I posted here.
It’s not even 7%. Devs didn’t do the math right. 7.7% is the most conservative number you could possibly give it with no traits or on proc equips and no other skill usage.
For actual optimized builds with SB, the nerf is right around 20%, but that is also accounting for the broken hastes.

Seems like a token ‘fix’ so the lead dev doesn’t notice that nothing has been adressed with the ranger since the lauch on the all the issues they have,and now they are too embarassed to reverse it and admit making a mistake.
