Hey all, I’ve not found any low level quivers and was wondering if I’m just not looking in the right place, I’ve not found any mention of low level quivers at all…

Nah i think the only quivers in game are the ascended ones. But tbh they are quite cheap now, i got mine for less than 20 golds (i already had most materials tho).

You can only get the quiver by playing Fractals of the Mist, and getting one Vial of Condensed Mists Essence (or ‘Glob of Condensed Mists Essence’ and breaking it down). You then need to go to the Mystic Forge and put in:

1 Vial of Condensed Mists Essence
240 Philosopher Stones (bought with 24 skill points)
50 Glob of Ectoplasm
250 Vicious Fang/Ancient Bone/Vicious Claw/Powerful Blood/or Armored Scale (each mat gives different stats)

Currently, ancient bones are the cheapest mat to buy. So if you are just looking to make the quiver skin, you should go for them. The quiver will still cost you a total of around 17 gold, though, if you buy all your Ectoplasm’s and Ancient Bone. However, making gold in fractals is rather easy.

17-20g for the cheapest ones, which can be easily had in 3 days of CoF p1/2 farming.

As stated above, if you want to have the quiver just for the skin; I’d go for one of the cheaper materials (like the Ancient Bone).

I think I chose the most expensive material (Powerful Blood) as I wanted the ‘Berserker’ version with Pow/Pre/Crit. But for me it was worth it as it makes my LB/SB Ranger look complete.

Slightly off topic, but would i be able to use Elaborate Totems (for clerics armor), and still get a quiver? Or, would that give me a tome instead?

As far as I know there is no known recipe for a quiver (or tome) that uses Elaborate Totems for a Heal/Pow/Tou version for some strange reason…

• Bowyer’s Delight (Vicious Fang) - Pow/Tou/Vit
• Endless Quiver (Ancient Bone) - Pre/Tou/Cnd
• Quiver of a Thousand Arrows (Vicious Claw) - Pow/Tou/Vit/MF
• Quiver of Swift Flight (Powerful Blood) - Pow/Pre/Crit
• Sights Be True (Armored Scale) - Tou/Pow/Crit

(In order to create the Tome version you need to use 40 Crystals instead of 240 Philosopher’s Stones)

1 Vial of Condensed Mists Essence
240 Philosopher’s Stone (Quiver) or 40 Crystal (Tome)
50 Glob of Ectoplasm
250 <T6 material>

So uh, if i want the quiver just for the look, i can use a trans stone on it and my current backpiece, right?

Can i buy everything i need for it or do i have to jump into the gear treadmill dungeon?

Other than the “Vial of Condensed Mists Essence”, you can buy other things, either with gold or skill point(Philosopher’s Stones).

It sounds like he has a tome for the agony slot and wants to make a quiver for the looks

edit: now that I read his whole post that’s not what it sounds like at all dtill though can you transmute backpieces for looks? I never tried this.

Well, it starts out as a dull Exotic thing, then you need to make it a dull Prototype Ascended one as far as I know. And then you can upgrade the Prototype Ascended to a Beta Infused version to make it shiny with +5 Agony.

Oh god… that looks so awesome! I may need to get one of those instead of a quiver… (that or just get some other backpiece and transmute my burning book onto it) because my ranger is more of a mage + Beast Master + martial ability character than a scout.
