There’s already [Wind], an all Ranger guild, otherwise I would. I don’t think it would get enough recruits to be significant ):

Necromancer, Ranger, Warrior, Engineer
Champion: Phantom, Hunter, Legionnaire, Genius
WvW rank: Diamond Colonel | Maguuma

Oh well. I’m not much of a guild manager myself lol.
