I really like your playstyle and build . I am running it in SPVP and its very fun . I am more of a PvE player myself so i dont see it being useful there however

Have you posted your build yet? I will subscribe to your channel after you post your build…your videos are really enjoyable, but not helpful beyond that without links to build info!

Agreed, I was also almost about to complain about the kittenty music but then it picked up and made me think of the 80s wich was an awesome decade.

Some of the fights are quite long. I can’t stand watching through 3-4 minute fights myself. Sorry if the speeding up was a bit annoying, but that was more for me than anyone else lol.

My build is posted. Several times :P All you need to do is search back a couple pages or type “RRR Build” in the Ranger forums search box. Nothing like a good ole bump.

Eh, don’t be sorry. It’s a personal preference really. I like to see what’s happening, which skill combos were used as well as the lost fights, since those are usually the best once because you learn from those more than the roflstomp victory ones. Either way, eager to see the finished video :>

I can’t believe you can heal from near death to full in a matter of seconds. Plus your heal is on a 20 second CD. Wish I had a 20 second heal.

It’s 25s but still pretty good compared to most other classes.

I liked your vid a lot, nice choice of music and i personally liked the fact that it was sped up. Btw, you should try comboing Bonfire with monarchs leap so you get fire aura.

That’s the plan. I just don’t always feel like leaping though. Plus it’s tough to line up the leap with the combo field sometimes when enemies are moving. You’ll see I used the fire aura against other rangers for the most part. They are the only class that really hits me consistantly, and the aura racks up 10+ stacks of might pretty quickly. Gotta love it lol.

What i usually do is Hornet’s Sting > Bonfire > Monarchs leap
Usually the enemies will follow you into the fire anyway so you get both the effects

I do that sometimes, but again it’s really situational. Sometimes I just prefer to stand in the middle of it, and sometimes I like to use it to scare them away a bit (put it in between us). A lot of players who know what they are doing will generally not stand in bonfire (massive damage if you do), and I prefer to only use videos where I am either outnumbered or the other players obviously know what they are doing.

So yeah, it’s going to be rare in my videos that you see me just wasting a bonfire for the sake of a fire aura alone unless I really feel confident against who I’m fighting against. I just really like to use it defensively.

Get the trinkets with laurels/prestine fractal relics/guild commendations. So much cheaper.

Been watching your vids for a while and following your posts since the first RRR thread. I love this set up for PVE/Dungeon settings as well because I’m usually the last one standing picking up the party 1 by 1 or soloing til OOC.

Going to try it as soon as I can afford funds for this. Currently wearing cleric’s to try and make it work =/

Just for a clarification, do you wear Apothecary’s in every slot?

Working on laurels yeah. As i said i only WvW so fractal is out of the question. Never been active in a guild, I’ll have to look at how commendations work, thanks
