I know there are some utility skills are in [pet] type in BWE
but now all the [pet] type skills are changed into [Shout] type

should [Rampage As One] change it to [Shout] type too?
so there would be no casting time, and
can trigger [Shout -20% CD] trait

does anyone think this skill is weak compare to Warrior Elite skill [Signet of Rage]?
60s (48s) CD <— —> 120s CD
30s duration buffs <-- —> 20s duration buffs

Yea just a little, they should really review the cds on ranger skills, then again signet of rage doesnt give stability either.

Bear in mind Signet of Rage only gives 5 stacks of might, while RaO stacks might for each time your pet atttacks.

Using a Carrion Devourer, I can easily get 15-16 stacks of might from RaO.

Also bear in mind that classes are not balanced based on a single skill.

Also Juvenile Brown Bear in mind that Signet of Rage has a passive effect when it is not being used.
