I’ve always wondered why I was getting different critical damage numbers when hitting a single monster. Thought it was the traits, but I eliminated that from the list, but the numbers were still different.
Weapon has two numbers of weapon strength, but the stats of my attack are a set amount and the number counted is the highest weapon number. Critical damage % is also a fixed amount, and I figure that the monster doesn’t change it’s armor in the middle of the fight either.ΒΈ
I’ve also looked at my attack number in the middle of the fight, expecting my attack to drop and rise, but it stayed the same.
I was hitting a lvl80 monster with critical damage ranging from 870 to 1080. Would that 95 difference in max and min weapon strength really make such a difference, or is there a factor I’m missing?
Can someone please explain this to me, cause I’d expect with all these set amounts of stats that the critical dmg I do would be maximum all the time.
