This rune still doesn’t cleanse affected allies, that much I’m aware…

But am I correct about the rune not cleansing even the ranger himself ?
Can anyone second this? I’m 95% correct that WHaO doesn’t cleanse a thing upon use, neither do other shouts.
Confirmed. Works on Ranger and Pet, doesn’t for allies.

It does work for me. Condis are removed from my pet and myself when using shouts with soldier rune.

Oh, okay, managed to get in-game even at this late our to confirm.

It does cleanse the Ranger indeed. But WHaO has a delay on it (which I never waited for by checking my Condi Bar in PvP). Thanks for the reply.

And just to add I also tested this in diffrent places (wvw, pvp, pve) to be sure it wasn’t some issue with soldier/trooper runes it works to cleanse ranger and pet but not other allies as you say.
