hey all you rangers out there!!, i played alot of ranger at the start of the game, but i found as more and more started playing condition builds.. rangers lost alot of options, not only that but some of our weapons are terrible, so i figured for fun! since ranger is the least played class in pvp now, and looking around the forum i see that greatsword is the most “hated” weapon i would make a pvp video using it hopefully after ranger has been sorted out i can compare the difference, and as you can probably tell by the video, although im a fairly good pvper. i actually main other classes (engi,necro) either way i hope you enjoy it!

If you want to get rid of conditions, you need Empathic Bond at 30 Wilderness, It’s basically the only reliable way to get rid of them.

I did find your video entertaining…which can be summed up as the best of a bad situation.

yeah i was using empathic bond, u can see ocasionally i get 2 conditions removed at once, i think its just how unreliable it is, that gets me.. most conditions last less then 10 secs, and sometimes u cant wait that long for removing that 5stack confusion :P and thanks, it was only supposed to be entertaining. i never claim to have any skill as a ranger, though actually i found it really fun to play and will continue to do so :P

Yea, Every 10 Seconds it’ll remove all your conditions..Which sucks if you use the Signet Talent because it’ll overlap the two.

The Signet Talent maybe should be every 5 seconds instead.

As a Condition Ranger i don’t have much trouble in World vs World, but I’ve had to switch to Axe/Torch and Sword/Dagger to make it viable while using a Racial ability on my Ranger.

Traps are useless in World vs World, as well as Spirits/Pet Shouts..and QZ is awful for a Condition Ranger.. so that leaves basically racials..

oh really empathic bond removes all conditions? i didnt realise that assumed it was 1 a pop… guess means no point me using the curing signet accept emergency active effect
