Hello all, i just started a ranger and playing with a longbow
thinking i wanna go longbow all the way or ?, also maybe greatsword as swap weapon ? but here my question. For longbow what stats should i get? and how many in each? and by that i mean, power-precision on my armor ? thanks.

Get all power, precision, ferocity. Greatsword is a good pair for LB. However, be warned that Lonbow on ranger, and just ranger in general is not the best choice for dungeons, pvp, wvw currently. It might change with the coming feature pack, but a lot of people are sceptical.

For LB: Power, prec, and ferocity – trinkets as berserker. if you feel you are just too squishy for lvl’ing or PvE in general try toughness (like brawler stats) to mitigate it, but that’s totally up to you and how you like punishment. I personally use more toughness, as I am not a dungeon fiend and am glutton for punishment with LB.
You didn’t really specify if this is Wvw or PvP or PvE.
PvE you might want to try the meta Sw/warhorn with GS; there are guides up top. Like the poster above said, LB isn’t very good in most situations.
