Not sure why you’re having issues. The Wiki lists multiple locations for most pets, and I literally just recently went down that very list taming pets, including most of those on your list there, with no problems.

They moved a lot of the pets out of the starter areas for… reasons.
NPE is the answer for most of what’s wrong with the game currently. They moved TP and a lot of pets out of starting maps because they were “too confusing for new players”

I’d be curious to know too. I’ve had limited success finding juvies but it seems every juvie out of ashford plains are gone, except for the devourer which was in the map but not in the mapped location. I’ve been looking for days for the red moa, hyena and black bear, with no success.
However I did find the white moa and the ice drake where advertised in snowden drifts (took me all day since I must have been about lvl 7 at the time).
I’ll try to post any pet locations as I come across them. I’m level 20 now so it might take a while :P

I had a hard time finding the Hyena. Some of those locations seem outdated. (but apparently often times there is only 1 or 2 in a location) I Iooked in the locations wiki gave me and they were not there the first time. I don’t know if this was a glitch/server related/ time of day, but for some reason when i went back on another server to fields of ruin, i spotted several green juveniles by the heart, as soon as i tamed 1 they all turned red again except for 2. I don’t know if this is some sort of bug or if they only a spawn every so often.
Remember don’t expect a lot of juveniles at one location. I swam around for a bit in Sanctom Harbor, LA before i found the blue jelly fish, the red one was much easier to find.

I recently levelled my ranger to 80 and browsing through that list I see lots of locations where I spotted juvies. Some of those entries may be out of date but definitely not all.
After I tame a juvie I know it disappears from the game for me. Does it disappear for all players? If so maybe you’ve been unlucky and checked a few locations too soon after someone else just tamed there.
