I have found a serious bug. At some point when player is downed a pet would not react to a 3rd command – it does not ress the player. If I am not mistaken it is because you have activated a shout, swapped a pet or used F2 skill right before you die.

It is my theory, I might not be completely right though. However I would like a confirmation.

It’s actually 100% random, there is nothing that will make your pet not actually rez you, this bug has been around for a while now =(
