what is the basic ranger shot rotation for the longbow? I am only level 11 but i like to pop into PvP to try and find the rotations, I know I just get blown up but i still would like to know what the rotation should be? Please help. Please be specific, everyone just keeps saying do what feel right. but i know there has to be a rotation that triggers boons and conditions.

There really isn’t a shot rotation like you would have in WoW or other MMO’s. Rapid Fire is your damage, if you’re running a quickdraw build you want to use that on weapon swap so you can shorten the cooldown. Barrage is also a high damage skill but since it’s channeled it can be interrupted. PBS is a good defensive skill and can be used for interrupts. Hunter’s shot is great for securing stomps in pvp.

Each skill is situational you just have to learn when and how to use them.

Its situational. You have to use whatever skill is appropriate for the right time.

Also an FYI from one ranger to another skill #4 or PBS is truly situational and should not be used against every target. By using it you may inadvertently knock the boss out of melee range for your other party members.
