Unfortunately, I seriously doubt we will get anything like that remotely anytime soon :\
I’ve been doubting we will get anything anytime soon.
From what I’ve seen everything Rangers asked for for past few years Engies got.
interesting, i just thought of a change of “search and rescue” to “kill or rescue” where we need to place an AoE like for guard and the pet rallys an allie or kills a downed foe.
problem is when they both are close to another, but just a random idea

Sounds good, you could probably just solve that issue by having it as a player-targeted skill rather than an AoE. That way if it’s an enemy it will trigger “kill”; ally will trigger “rescue” (obviously lol).
Exactly. Search & Rescue just needs to be a targetted skill like Sick ’Em, but Search & Rescue shouldn’t work unless the target is in downed state.

because in allies aid the pet helps the target we choose, or did anyone ever had that the pet starts rezzing another allie?

This is the salt talking, but I’ve seen a lot of things Rangers have asked for be used for everyone else.
- Suggestion for a Daze on Trapper’s Expertise – Given to Dragonhunter’s Piercing Light trait for traps.
- Destroy projectiles on the last hit of the auto attack on Strider’s Defense – Given to the Daredevil’s last auto attack on staff by default as a reflect.
- AOE Reveal on a Shout (specifically, Guard! or Sic ’Em!) – Given as a short cooldown toolbelt on the Scrapper.
- Instant cast time for Hornet’s Sting – Given to Daredevil’s Debilitating Arc.
- Spirits being converted as an aura or wisp for group buffs – Given to the Herald as Facets.
- A trait that allowed Rangers to get 2% more critical hit chance per stack of Vulnerability on a target – Given to the Reaper as Decimate Defenses.
- Arrow shots that destroy projectiles and a charged arrow shot – Given to Dragonhunter’s Longbow.
- Trap trait or a Trap that revealed foes – Given to Dragonhunter as Light’s Judgment.
- Moving Whirling Defense/Reflect – Given to the Scraper on Hammer as Electro Whirl.
All of these things listed above might just be coincidence that a Ranger suggests them and it was noted then saved for these elite specs. Anyways, apologies for the salt. /rant

I agree with you on all points but just for sake of being clear DD’s staff last AA doesn’t have reflect.. just a whirl.
