Rangers in WvW and PvP
WvW: Regen bunker build in apothecary/settler armor.
s/tPvP: Spirit Regen condi build with clerics probably.
PvE: Whatever… run full magic find in an all 0 spec for all I care.
As for me personally? I run 30/20/20 or 30/20/10/10 or 30/20/0/20 etc etc. Some combination of this with longbow and greatsword. It’s awful. I wouldn’t advise it. But it’s the only way I can have fun on this class.

Same here. 30/20/20 longbow and axe/horn. My repair bills suck but I do enjoy playing it this way and refuse to change. Hopefully anet makes a build like ours viable someday….
You really need to find a playstyle that suits you most.
I don’t PVP, but i do a lot of WvW, and i generally use 2 builds depending on situation.
For Zerg running i use this build I keep spider on passive to avoid zerg AoE, and tell him to F2 in 1v1 situations when they occur. I keep back lines and AoE enemy zergs. Lots of loot bags, dmg ain’t bad at all and you’re not squishy. Entangle/spider+rapid fire combo will make thieves hate you.
For solo/small scale guild roaming i’m specced into BM, but not condition kind. Used that build for quite some time, but made this one cause it just feels more comfortable for me:

A bit offtopic but Estarioll on your first build, you’d be better off having berserker trinkets and knights armour than berserker armour and knights trinkets.
Gunnar’s Hold
I ‘m planning to do that, but i had precrafted unsoulbound knights jewels. And since i was making 3 armor/weapon/jewels sets at the time for my ranger (for these 2 builds and faux’s RRR) that left me quite broke
