Rangers' skills need a serious split PVE/PVP
Ranger in PVP are OP, we all know that.
Are you saying that every ranger is OP, regardless of build? Or are you referring to certain builds? Or do you know?
Beyond rangers though, I think there needs to be a split amongst the game modes for balancing. I am aware this would require more work in some ways, but I think in other ways, it would really alleviate a lot of issues.

Currently playing Heart of Thorns.
Since u r using bm in instance. Try to use 30/30/5/0/5 u r going to have a great dps and penetrate arrow as aoe using SB/LB together. And the beast is still powerful in that build. All u need is decide which time go in or go out. This build is powerful in FOTM lv 30/40 . I have guard/war/rang in fotm and this build is the greatest and safest one.
BM/Trap/Duel Ranger is good in PVP but not PVE BM is good in open world also

Lots of classes been begging for skill Splits… I only remember 2 instances of it ever happening though. Pathetic. We know it’s not difficult either, I’d be shocked if there was any programming even involved. So it must be “pride” thing for them even though like 1/3rd of the skills in GW1 eventually got split. Nothing about it makes sense :\ …just like that post above this.
Why do people say BM is OP? Run any other build and try to stand toe to toe with a phastasm mesmer. BM has many drawbacks too. Rangers literally have one basic build right now where the idea is to give yourself and your pet huge regen.
