Greatsword just isn’t a great dps weapon even with fury on, it is just a low dps option compared to sword/axe if you are going to go be going power build. Signets are vastly inferior to sun/frost + zypher. Those are the basic things, but you want to know if this build will be viable, not whether its optimal, and at its base it looks like it is usable.

You should probably specify what you are gonna use the build for, I see no reason for not going full glass stats in pve, so I’m quite confused.

“(This is a change from Berserker Armor – Not sure how PvE in HoT will treat full Zerker – Plus I feel that Fury is going to Proc enough to not need the extra Precision.)”
You don’t mention what kind of PVE you’re doing. For open world go nuts and have fun. For dungeons/fracts you should be running full zerker gear and bringing party buffs (spotter, traited frost spirit) as others have mentioned. if you have a warrior or ele you don’t need to stack might. they do it for the whole party a lot better than you although the stalker is fine to use at the start or if your have a kittenty pug lel.
While I don’t pve much I think this could be effective in raids if zerker is any less viable. Otherwise I guess we will have to wait and see.
You might want to consider swapping Nm to skirm and longbow to S/A. This will let you pick up spotter for some party support, and furious grip/quickdraw to really boost your dps. Furious grip helps guarantee a remorseless crit on you first maul and PoS.
These are the changes I would make:
Pets – Currently neither pet has synergy with the build. I would swap both for Jungle Stalker (might) and Red Moa (fury). After HoT release I would swap Red Moa for Tiger.
Armor – I would change to Berserker armor. Although the vitality seems to help it is really hurting your damage output. With Valkyrie and fury you have a 54% chance of a critical hit. But with Berserker and fury you have a 76% chance of a critical hit. I would rather kill the mob faster than have extra health that I don’t really need.
Traits – As Puck stated, I would swap Nature Magic for Skirmishing and select the following traits: Primal Reflexes, Spotter, and Quick Draw. I would also swap Resounding Timbre for Companion’s Might in Beast Mastery.
Weapons – You could go with Puck recommendation of swapping longbow for sword/axe or not. Both are good choices. I personally prefer the longbow in open world.
With the changes above, the open world mob is normally dead before they can close the 1200+ range of the longbow. If they get close, I swap to greatsword and finish them with Hilt Bash and Maul.
