I think regen actually fills up the bar now???

Can confirm, every pulse of healing from regen fills up 1.5% of AF

Now that staff is out of the way, we can actually make a healer that are capable of decent dps!!!

Also, just tested, it’s per ally as well, so with a traited shout, you can effectively charge 7.5% AF a second simply from regen.

Well, I’d argue that the RT fix hurt us more than whatever good comes from this change.

Ok , This is bad. This is realy bad. Tides heal now cancells if u’r out of CA form. TU/staff bonus to AF build doesnt not exist anymore. Basiclly We have clear condis button now every 10 sec. I dont like it at all.
