Remove Fall dmg/Rez traits
There’s absolutely nothing wrong with Rez traits, rezzing is a very important aspect of the game and gives people who want to support their allies with an additional way of “healing” their friends without making dedicated healers a thing.
Fall Damage Traits would be fine if they all behaved as thiefs trait where it can be activated from fall damage OR an in combat way (for thief it’s also on steal), this would make it an actual trait to be useable in combat and not just something you’d take in PvE/WvW. ATM, the fall damage traits, minus thief, are situational at best.
My idea for ranger would be to merge hide in plain sight with Soften the Fall, it’d hardly make Hide in Plain Sight too strong, and it’d make Soften the Fall not a dead trait in combat.
Healers Celerity and other such Rez traits are fine, they give faster Rez speed (which is amazing), and they give a bonus either to your ability to Rez like a Mesmers feedback, or a benefit when you DO Rez like our swiftness or a warriors might.
Personally I think swiftness is fine since it allows you to quickly get to the next fallen ally/let both you and your once dead friend to get away from the dangerous Rez area, but I wouldn’t argue if it got something more.
Trappers Defebse on the other hand, is complete and utter garbage, it does absolutely NOTHING to prevent an enemy from stopping you or killing your ally, and it doesn’t increase your Rez speed at all. If it were like a Smoke Trap that blinds and dazed or a dust trap that pulsed like bleed, blind and physical damage or something it’d be awesome, hell even flame trap would be scarier than a kittening spike trap. Oh no, 3 bleed and some cripple! That’ll stop em!

Pretty much yes, it does work together with trapper runes however so can situationally be very useful, but even then there are better options, anyways….

Aye, if Spike Trap got 2s KD as well as the making the cripple 5s and they merged TD with HC, then it would be a good trait for sPvP and WvW.
I actually know what would be the best solution for the Revive replacement.

Camouflage – turns invisible as long as the target stays stationary.

Not a bad idea, I like it. Thief is getting +10% revive speed with 3s of stealth on both, in the form of Merciful Ambush, so it fits.
Spike trap still needs the KD though
