Hi this post ins’t to ask to make rangers better or worse. I just think a patch in the future to add special ranger emotes would be cool. IE /ride makes you jump on your pet and ride it (in position). This isn’t asking for a mount this is simply an emote that shows a ranger sitting on his pet (only if the pet is big enough to ride).

A bird pet lands on my ranger shoulder or arm would be nice.

A shark with cosmetic lasers would be kinda neat

im thinking of riding a Charr Cat, if u know what I mean

Ikr, instead we have a bird pet standing on the ground that the ranger might accidentally step on it. o_O

We never accidentally step on them…I find it annoying that my pet will move off when all my little Asura wants to do is take a nice screenshot. The pet is supposed to be my character’s best buddy and instead it walks off and shows me it’s back.

A bird landing on my Asura’s head would make me only use birds…that would be adorable!

Well… That was my first tough when I created Ranger… Why the hell my birds do not land on my shoulder? Why im not acting like falconer and use my hand to give them spot to land? : < They should do something about that.

I can see this working nicely. Take 1000 rangers into WvW and as the enemy zerg comes in have them do the bird emote, 1000 birds come flying to the ranger’s shoulders and BAM lag spikes all over the place, blue screen errors, only 10% of the enemy forces did not disconnect, flipping outmaned in 2 seconds. WHAT NOW
