How about doing a real fix in your code instead of nerfing all the spirits cooldown?
personally I never had that recharging issue, even if it was an issue at all you must find a way to compensate that 1 second is like a eternity in combat.
Imao revert it and find a less intrusive solution or decrease “spirit channeling” 1 second.
The Ranger would be nerfed every time because that is the law of Tyria.
