Ive seen some rangers running SB/LB builds but I couldn’t find builds online that use both. Are they effective?

SB is a condi bow, and LB is a power bow. I doubt any build would use these two effectively.

Celestial Trap roaming build is pretty ok, for its niche.

As you did not state a game mode, I’ll say that SB/LB is plenty effective in almost all areas of OWPvE combat. It can also be a pretty fun combination to use.

Do you mean for use in a different game mode? sPvP, WvW, iPvE (instances-dungeons/fractals)
