Hi all,

Any suggestions for builds that use SB/LB? If possible, are there builds that use those weapons and also use traps?

Is this for PvE or PvP? I’ll assume PvE for this.

Alternatively, you could drop 5 from BM instead of from WS to get the 30 point in Skirmishing and swap Viper’s Nest for Quickening Zephyr.

I use SB/LB myself, only for PvE and Dungeons, I don’t do PvP or WvW at all. This is my build:

I use Pow/Vit/Cond gear with 3 runes of the Afflicted and 3 runes of the Mad King. For accesories, I use Pow/Prec/Crit on neck and earrings, and Bagh Nahk and Vine of the Pale Tree on rings.

I’m constantly changing utility skills, depending on what I need to do, usualy use Traps for PvE, and Search and Rescue for Dungeons, although I often use Signet of Renewal too, depending if I’m in a dungeon with plenty of enemies using conditions. QZ is the only constant.

I have three quickness resources (QZ, Shortbow sigil and Pet Swap), it helps to apply bleed faster, or to use the Longbow AoE quickly (with pet swap) in case you need it.

It works pretty well, although now that I see Dahkeus build, I might drop the Nature Magic points and see if the extra points in Beast Mastery are worth it.
