These builds are solid, they are very much viable, but the player skill level is the deciding factor

I’ve definitely had a much better time with this build in WvW than just trying to stay on the sidelines the whole time.

I switch between a/a and gs depending on my mood and depending on the size of the fights i use a mix of celestial and pvt (the bigger the fights the more pvt)

Is there a way to translate this build to PvE?

It’s PvE viable the way it once you adapt the latest changes to it, you can easily do your own modifications to it (like I did above) and run it anytime in PvE and WvW.
