It’s two close range evades you can stagger, one keeps you where you are, the other can reposition you. It doesn’t seem very dull when you think of an entire encounter and what will be coming at you.

OK I see your point but I think it would be more interesting if Stalker’s Strike inflicted Vulnerability/Weakness or something other than Poison. As it is, they are just too similar

They should just have more effects than the poison, but the poison needs to stay for the attrition factor.
I guess those 2 can combo skill finishing.
Serpent strike : got venom6sec.
If Serpent strike still active condition and next Atk is “Stalker strike”
victim will got more poison10sec and add weakness to target.
or
Stalker strike : got venom 10sec.
If Stalker strike still active condition and next atk is “Serpent strike”
victim will got more posion6sec and add cripple.
And b good if can combo with another weapon and pet…

This could be an interesting idea. If the foe is already poisoned, add a new condition as well as extending poison
