Guard should work as it works now (well the pet should guard better (like staying there)) but should then double as a port like for fleshwurm. Increase the cooldown on it and if we swap pets then we can’t port.

Thoughts?

Guard is a totally does nothing skill,i mean yes,protection is good,i guess giving some stealth to pets may help in some situations in pve but its like every skill does something for 100% but Guard does something for 10%…
The interesting part of this conversation is that Anet instead of reworking Guard they gave us a new trait just to start using it more,the same strategy they followed with SB and LB..They seem to not direct change-rework something but change something else to make it more attractive…
So i would so love to see Guard someday works as a portal or as teleport mechanic but i think we are just wasting our time asking for things like these..Maybe if you increase the CD on the other shouts will make this skill more usable,or even remove every shout,i dont know still Guard is doing nothing,even with the new trait
