Pets imo should have swap effects by default.

E.g. (just random thinking)
Bears clear 2 conditions when swapped in
Wolves give swiftness when swapped in
Spiders give aegis…
Birds give fury
Drakes give protection
Etc.

What do you think of this?

No, we don’t need passive swap effects, that’d just be ridiculous…. Now if they wanted to make some form of grandmaster trait for either BM or NM that gave such an effect, by all means that’d be worthy of a GM imo.

Or, maybe if they finally fix up the stupid master traits in BM (you know, all of them but vigorous training) then we may be able to have something like that for a master trait shrug.

They sing dark, delicious notes about power and family.
As their mother, I have to grant them their wish. – Forever Fyonna

By default, it would be too strong… but I think it’s something a trait should allow to do (and not just for one family or so, but all pet’s families.
Eg, trait should read something like swapping pets in combat grant a boon based on family for itself an nearby allies, and not something like “swapping to cats in combat grants might to itself and nearby allies”…
